I can’t think of a better day than today to celebrate the freedom I recently provided my clients.
Two weeks ago I had a felony resisting arrest with violence case completely dismissed.
Prior to that I had 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 1 count of improper exhibition of a dangerous weapon completely dismissed. My client was defending his home against trespassers, yet he was the one arrested and put in jail on NO BOND for three weeks until he hired me.

To Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey. You are on notice. Your department’s heavy-handed and overreaching law enforcement tactics will not stand.
Thanks for the business, but unfortunately for my numerous clients that were unjustly arrested and falsely imprisoned, they’ve had to pay me thousands of dollars in legal fees to undo the wrong your department has inflicted on them, and you’ve wasted untold amounts of money that could have been spent fighting ACTUAL CRIMES!
